Force Transducers(force gauges, pull-off testers, hydraulic loading kits with hand pump)
Force transducers (force gauges, pull-off testers, hydraulic loading kits with hand pump and pressure gauge) are used to measure tension and compression forces in material testing, prestress control, anchor tests, bonded joints and anchoring elements. Accurate calibration is essential for reliable evaluation of structural capacity.
Metrological activities for force transducers
- Calibration of force transducers (force gauges, pull-off testers, hydraulic loading kits with hand pump) in accordance with STN EN ISO 376.
- Calibration of direct-indicating force gauges in force units (e.g., with an analogue or digital indicator).
- Calibration of force gauges and force transducers with electrical output (voltage, current, pulse/digital output).
- Calibration range from 20 N to 5000 kN.
- Calibration by direct comparison with reference electrical force transducers calibrated with precision strain-gauge measuring amplifiers.
- Setting of the calibration constant (on request) is included in the calibration price.
